Our training programme can be tailored to suit your needs and is designed according to the ability or knowledge of the relevant staff. We provide training on various elements of the software

- Bank reconciliations and reporting
- Control accounts
- VAT preparation and submissions
- Monthly reporting
- Payroll processing
All training takes place at your premises, with your own software and your live paperwork. This is a preferable solution as people’s understanding is enhanced as the data is relevant to them.
The length of time required for effective training varies with each client but is usually carried out over a three month period. This should cover one accounting quarter. Support is then provided on a call off basis during the second quarter.
At Walsh Bookkeeping Services we provide our clients with a telephone, text and email support service throughout training. If any major issues arise that cannot be resolved over the phone, by text or email then additional visits can be arranged to get you back on track.
